Today on Stockport Focus we're hearing how you can get involved in a wedding themed walk for charity.
Tracey Torley is raising awareness and funds for the Weekend Day Centre for Dementia which is in Reddish.
Tracey knew people who struggled to find care and support outside of 9-5 hours and she explained more to Sara.
